BODY : HARDOX 450 HB wear resistant steel plates for heavy duty use. The base (floor) and side walls are of HARDOX  450/ 4 mm. The front wall and tailgate made of St 52 quality, 5 mm cost effective hard tension steel plates. The tailgate open swinging from the top at the tipping action. The box design combines a large volume with optimised external dimensions to achieve the max payload at the min tare weight. The half-round geometry ensures robust structure and easy flow of the bulk material.

CHASSIS FRAME: The subframe construction is according to 3 axle design in accordance with the EEC directives. The main (longitudinal) I profile beams are welded in place and reinforced with cross members all from high strenght steel. Thanks to optical laser measurement the frame assembly is completed in high accuracy.

AXLES & Suspension : Selection of drum or disc brake axles; air or mechanic suspensions on load and road requirements. SERTEL brand is preferred as certified domestic brand and BPW or SAF on imported axle brands. Axle lifting system on empty runs to reduce tyre wear and fuel consumption. The front axle lifting is activated from the tractor cabin.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: front tipping telescopic cylinders by certified domestic  HİDROMAS brand, 5-stage heavy duty  type which provides 45º tilt angle. Hydraulic oil tank is original HİDROMAS brand with suction filter, tipping pneumatic control, slow lowering or fast tipping speeds level control safety valves. The connection between tractor and roller is provided by 2 sockets.( Coupled to tractor’s PTO).

BRAKE  SYSTEM:  WABCO  2S-2M EBS + RSS (Roll Stability System) installed in accordance with ECE R13 BM / AEK Regulation.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM : SA-BA brand electric and lighting system in accordance with ECE R48 directive and  2×7 & 15 Pim suitable to ISO 12098 .

KING – PIN :  2 “King-Pin bolted  according to DIN 74080 and ECE R55.

LANDING  GEAR :  Domestic MAKERSAN brand, 24 tons dynamic and 50 tons static load-bearing. Double speed manually rotated landing legs.

TYRES & RIMS : R22.5 x 385/65 BRIDGESTONE R 179 tires and 11,75 x 22,5 Steel Rims are preferred and assembled according to EU / 458/2011 directive.

PAINT: Surface treatment with special chemicals against corrosion before paint.  2 coats of  epoxy undercoat , 2 coats of finish painting suitable to the tractors color or optional colors on customer’s pereference.

SIGNALINGS AND MARKINGS:

Rear reflective plates as well as compulsory labels vehicle identifications in accordance with EU / 19/2011 directive, reflective stripe application in accordance with EC directives, 70 and 80 speed signs and warning labels.
