DRUM: Drum is manufactured from imported Swedish steel of the HARDOX brand, which is highly abrasion-resistant and crush resistant to 450 HB hardness cut on CNC Plasma machine. Thanks to the optimum drum angle, it has a high filling capacity ratio and maximum geometric volume. Drum welding is made with robotic technology. The tail cone  has a wide filling and discharging diameter and the spinning technique which prevents balance is used in the tail cone. A perfect mix of concrete is obtained with the conical plate which is mounted in the middle of the drum reducer. With double pulley system, perfect turn-around rotation is realized. The center of gravity is close to the center, drum turns  serial and balanced. Due to this reason the turning force of the reducer does not change and the life of the drum is increased.

HELLEZONS  (SPIRAL BLADES): It is manufactured from HARDOX brand high abrasion resistant imported sheet with 450 HB hardness. Thanks to the optimum helix distance and height of the helix in the cavity, smooth homogeneous mixing and rapid evacuation are provided. Spiral life is extended with 4x 25 protection blades on Hellezons.

FILLING  CHUTE –  V CHUTE – DISCHARGING CHUTE :

It is manufactured from HARDOX brand high abrasion resistant imported sheet in 450 HB hardness. Thanks to the specially designed filling chute, the filling of the concrete into the drum  takes place very quickly. With the help of the v-chute, the concrete has flowed out from the drum in series. The drainage system has a hydraulic system and it accelerates the flow of concrete with 180º horizontal and 30º vertical movements easily

RİNG: GS-60 is made of quality cast material and has Ø 220 Double Spool System.

CHASSIS: The monoblock is in the frame structure and there are 3 axle system on frame. In accordance with the EEC directives, high strength chassis steel and traverses are used. During the frame assembly, the optical laser measuring device is used to produce a smooth and perfect chassis. The road grip and concept of the chassis is perfect. Chassis have EC Veichle Type– Approval Certificate with regard to Directive 2007/46/EC

HYDRAULIC  SYSTEM:: With EATON brand 90 cc hydromotor – 105 cc pump unit, the unique spin of the 577 & 580 BONFIGLIOLI TRANSMITTAL reductors ensures the win-win spin. There is an electric control panel to control the speed and direction of the drum.

HYDRAULIC COOLİNG SYSTEM: OESSE brand TM 24 V 12 lt. cooling unit is used.

SUSPENSION & AXLE: All are AKTAŞ brand suspension bellows and parabolic single / double layer leaf spring suspension system is used. The front axle is the lift control from the tractor cab. 3 x 9 ton carriage capacity is used with drum or disc axle system. SERTEL brand is preferred as indigenous axle brand and BPW or SAF is used in imported axle brands.

BRAKE  SYSTEM:  WABCO  2S-2M EBS + RSS is installed in accordance with ECE R13 BM / AEK Regulation. There are currently 2 units ARFESAN brand brake chambers and 4 units spring brake chambers The engine has a balanced braking system which gives the standard brake load and the tire wear is minimum. The road holding and brake speed values of the lambs are the desired level.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM : SA-BA brand electric system is used  which is suitable to ECE R48 directive and  2×7 & 15 Pim suitable to ISO 12098 .

KING – PIN :  2 “King-Pin bolted  according to DIN 74080 and ECE R55.

LANDING  GEAR : MAKERSAN brand 24-TON dynamic and 50 TON static load-bearing gear-driven foot is used at double speed rotating from one side.

TYRE & RIM : R22.5 x 385/65 BRIDGESTONE R 179 tires and 11,75 x 22,5 Steel Rims are preferred and assembled according to EU / 458/2011 directive.

PAINT: Cleaning with special chemistry mixture before the paint 2 coat epoxy undercoat , 2 coat finish paint applied according to veichles color or optional with kiln or baking paint.After painting, we measure the thickness of paint by elcometer and we catch the painting standarts.

MARKING AND LABELS:

2  units rear reflectors as well as compulsory label locations and vehicle identification number in accordance with EU / 19/2011 directive, reflective stripe application in accordance with EC directives, 70 and 80 speed signs and warning labels.
